The Plan

So, the plan for now is to have a "sober October" and to start moving again.

I will be on ebay looking for a bike and if I can stretch, I'll join a gym and get back into it.

so how did ya go with ya ocsober and workin out i doin ok still. still doin wingchun 4 hrs a wk and my work keeps me fairly fit. Sitton on about 78.2 kilos 18.7% body fat...im pretty fkn damn hot
